Sure, make offers to sell stuff & if you like the price, go for it. But first send up those trial balloons. I remember John at Elite Video saying offer stuff on eBay & see if people bite.
Because you have a lot on your plate (or at least it seems that way), if you're planning on offering things like your Frugal Clamp, you may want to consider outsourcing it. It would be far too great a time commitment, I think. That said, it could be a way for you to bring in more money.
