Great stuff. Coming February I'm also planning to film a Black and White film in Paris film noir style. I had been ask in myself the same question wheter or not to film in Colour and do the bw in post. The best is to film Colour and have a bw preview monitor on set. In post you can do a lot more with the Colour source material when it comes to setting levels.
