Q&A: How Do I Start Out as a Filmmaker?
STUFF MENTIONED IN THIS EPISODE
: Glide Gear DEV-1000 Camera Slider
Minolta to Sony NEX (E-mount) lens adapters
The Rokkor Files
(great source for Minolta lens reviews)
Vivitar Series 1 vintage zoom lens info
Tascam DR-40 XLR digital audio recorder (
Though it does not have any built-in microphones the Tascom DR-60D would seem a good choice for a 4-track recorder for filmmakers, with its two XLR inputs and a stereo 3.5mm input.
It is available from many sources for around $150 (B&H has it for $145), which makes it fairly competitive with other options such as the DR-40 and Zooms.
